Oficina de Cooperación Universitaria, OCU, is a consortium of 6 public Spanish Universities (Alcalá, Carlos III de Madrid, Rey Juan Carlos, Salamanca, Valladolid, and Castilla-La Mancha) with participation of Santander Banking Group with the main objective of providing Information Systems to Spanish and Latin American Universities.

The company started its activity in 1994 and its ERP called UNIVERSITAS XXI is used by more than 80 Universities World Wide.
