  • First a presentation of the tools we would like to use:
    • Wiki for collaboration
    • FlashMeeting for our meetings.
  • The meeting started with a introduction on expectations to AdHoc #14
  • How to approach Part 1 "User Needs Summary"
    • Jim Carter would propose a new organizing of the User Needs
    • We agreed to start wide in collecting new possible User Needs
  • Everyone should write a one-page position paper explaining potential User Needs for inclusion.
  • We agreed to meet once a month until the SWG-A March meeting.
    • Next meeting Thursday 18th of November 2010 at 5PM UCT.
