Reorganising Part-1

To help reorganising Part-1 I have created a MindManager file for us to manipulate.
The file in MindManager-8 Mac format is available as Attachement to this page.

Proposed agenda v2

At the next meeting, we need to agree on the following:
o did we find any new user needs that should be added?
o should the document be reorganised to provide a better view of the existing user needs?
o what should we do with the contribution (SWG-A-N0323) that was left out from current version of the document?
o Outline of our report to the SWG-A meeting

And again my apologies for the lack of leadership in concluding this task
