Report from AdHoc #14

AdHoc #14 find that its work is of value, however we have not managed to agree on a harmonised approach on what types of user needs to be included.

There could ba a case for including issues related to people with cognitive problems, psychological challenges, elderly people, users with ICT anxiety etc. however we have not managed to work explicitly with these issues. Many of the existing user needs requirement in the TR are also valid and applies for the groups mentioned above.

During our work we have identified contributions to SWG-A that was not included in the User Need summary document, example of such document could be found in SWGA-N0323. However we have not decided; if any of the requirements mentioned in this document should be added.

We would also like SWG-A to extend the reporting period of AdHoc #14 until the planned meeting in London, where a final report will be presented.
If AdHoc#14 is continued, we will conduct monthly meetings and provide a list of user needs to be included at the March, London meeting.
